House is relatively new, and very clean and functional. Location is ideal if you are looking for something close in to town, but still has more of a local neighborhood feel. Views of mountains are beautiful from this house and the old St. Isimer town square by church is very close with bakery, cafe/restaurant, fruit/vegetables and tabac. It should be noted that home does not have AC, but with windows open and managing automatic shades / shutters it was comfortable for us as we were used to this from living in Grenoble in Haut Meylan previously. ##### Scott B.
