We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

Very easy to reach with bus 101 or 107 from Bern with a supermarket just next door.
Lovely room, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Don’t really understand the negative reviews as we loved it!

Lovely little hotel but if you are at the front it can be noisy at night.Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.Wifi was very 'flakey' but not sure if that was because it was so hot.Free bus / tram travel was very welcome.

This hotel is close to the Bern main station (about 7 minutes walk). Safe neighborhood, very friendly staff, and breakfast has a wide variety of options of cheeses, pastries, and other Swiss foods.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future trip to Switzerland.
