3 room apartment 55 m² Two bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with sea view, on the 1st floor of a very nice, well-maintained residence (16 apartments), with indoor parking.
A small beach is right in front of the residence.
You will enjoy pleasant walks on the Vendée Corniche, in the salt marshes or even in the forest of the country of Monts, coves and beaches as far as the eye can see.
You will find two steps from the residence, a restaurant specializing in sea La Houle, as well as 2 other restaurants offering traditional land / sea cuisine: Le Lamparo. and the villa Porteau.
You can lounge on the balcony terrace for romantic evenings while listening to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset.
You will enjoy the Indian summer, the evening sunset in the living room is a wonder. Without forgetting swimming in the many beaches and fishing for shells in the rocks.

We visited St Helaire as a first family car trip to France. The travel days were a little stressful but ran so smoothly thanks to French roads being so much easier to drive along than British roads. The apartment was perfect, the views stunning especially at sunset. The sea breeze was cool and refreshing.we don't mind walking but thought that we were a little too far from things to want to walk everywhere. This is the only thing we could find that wasn't perfect and does not mean you can't walk everywhere you need to. We did walk to the beach in SGXV and Sion beach. Bodega bar at the 5 pineax has amazing chips and oysters! We had an amazing time and are likely to return.

La vue est splendide et l appartement est tres bien situé.la place de parking est un gros plus.la conciergerie est tres reactive.Le petit plus ,comme nous sommes en vendée, pourriez vous mettre un couteau pour ouvrir les huitres et une pince pour les crabes.merci
Appartement bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur l'océan. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Dommage qu'il y ait beaucoup de circulation sur la corniche.
Nous sommes très contents de l'accueil (ERIC LORIEAU !)l'appartement, la vue sur mer, les environs...Petit bé-mol : le trafic sur l'avenue de la Corniche.

Une grande terrasse permet de profiter pleinement de la vue imprenable sur la mer. Très bon contact avec les personnes de la conciergerie en charge de l’état des lieux d’entrée et de départ.
Een leuk appartement welke schoon aangetroffen werd en die best een handige indeling heeft. Goed geoutilleerd in allerlei handige hulpmiddelen zoals vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven etc.... Enige smetje was de stofzuiger. Ik heb liever een stofzuiger op het lichtnet dan zo'n apparaat op een batterij. Verder echt een prachtig zicht over de golf van Biscaje en als je 's ochtends goed kijkt en het is helder weer dan zie je het eiland ile D'Jeu liggen.
