L'appartement est très lumineux et bien entretenu. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas de toutes les commodités et en même temps "les pieds dans l'eau". C'était un plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin avec la vue sur la mer. Possibilité de ne pas utiliser la voiture de tout le séjour, tout est accessible à pieds. Idéal pour 2 personnes, pas plus car ce n'est pas très grand. Nous avons pu visiter St Hilaire de Riez, St Gilles Croix de vie, St Jean de Mont et Noimoutier (en voiture). Pistes cyclables aux alentours pour circuler à vélo. Stationnement dans la rue ou sur le parking de la plage aisé en soirée, compliqué en journée.
