This villa, located in Saint Hilaire de Riez, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 31 August and an enclosed garden.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including a bunk bed Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a washing machine and central heating.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2.53 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
