  • Large house facing the beach and the sea with sea view in a quiet, large and typical street, all comforts, facing the beach of the five pineaux (20 metres). On the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, includes a kitchen, a living room with sea view, four bedrooms (two of which have sea view), two bathrooms, two toilets. Enclosed garden.
    Garden table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue, deckchairs.
    Possibility to park two cars in the courtyard.
    Beach of the Five Pineaux supervised by a lifeguard 20 metres from the house with swimming and fishing (Blue Flag Label and Label Station Sailing beaches for the large beach of Sion 150 metres from the house). Sailing lessons 5 minutes walk. Shops at 150 m.
    Large leisure complex at 300 m with bowling, gym, laser game room, restaurants, cycle paths. Nautical complex in the town.
    Prices: from 690€ to 1395€ per week in high season. 560€ per week for short school holidays.
    Long weekends minimum 2 nights 95€ per night.
    Possibility of renting outside school holidays.
