The house is only 400 metres from the beach. Enjoy the spaciousness, the Atlantic Ocean and picturesque sunsets on the coast. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sporting activities such as horse riding, hiking, bowling, mountain biking, fishing or tennis.

You can also take a day trip to the nearby island of Île dYeu or to the northern city of Nantes, which is famous for its beautiful cathedral.
