I made a reservation for 8/10 but I really need a reservation for 9/10. I asked them to change anfter 10 minutes and they said: NO.
They didn’t accept ours request but accepted a new reservation .
Sorry it’s no good for me like a guest.

Paid a twin room, but received a double bed on the check in day instead. The receptionist said housekeeping were home for the day and they could not fix it, even though their system noted it was a twin. Was told to deal with the double or have the couch set up. Turns out, all they had to do was unzip the mattress and remake the beds. It kind of felt like they didn't want to make the effort to fix the situation at first.
