This delightful property offers stunning marsh views, a private screened porch perfect for relaxation, and a fenced courtyard garden, ideal for pets. This home has a lovely living room, set up for relaxation and family movie nights. The kitchen has everything you need to make “home-cooked” meals. Up to 8 guests will enjoy this private island home. The primary bedroom has a queen and full bed with an ensuite bath. Two additional guest rooms offer queen beds and share a full bath. Experience the Fripp Island Lifestyle: Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring nature trails, or enjoying the island's many activities. In the evenings, unwind on the screened porch watching the deer play or watch the breathtaking sunsets paint the sky over the marsh. Pelican's Post provides the perfect base for your Fripp Island adventure. A six seater golf cart is included with your stay. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. No Club Card? No Problem!
