The property was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back with lots of seating around the fire. Everything was clean and it was nice to have a screened in porch to hang out with the family without the bother of bugs. Lots of places to sleep including a pullout bed in the living room. Vacation with friends to go shrimping. Plenty of parking for 2 boats and trucks. Nice house in a quite neighborhood. Location was perfect. Owner was very quick to get back to me with questions. Perfect for a family with pets. Fenced in back yard. I did attempt to sit in the hammock and flipped myself upside down but that's on me! Would definitely book again. The house was as described. Nice screen porch on the front to enjoy the evening. The 4 star for cleanliness is for the backyard not the house. It rained a lot when we were there and that area gets pretty muddy. We appreciated being able to park the boat in the back yard under the cover, but you do have to be able to back a boat well to make the turn! ##### chris l. This was our 2nd stay at this property. It's perfect for us and our dog (who loves the fenced back yard), and comfortably accommodated friends who visited for brief periods. We shall be back! Only fly in the ointment was check-in. The property manager really needs to get his act together here. The house had basically been trashed by the previous tenant and was not ready for occupancy until well into the evening (after we'd been traveling). With that said, he is easy to communicate with and issues were promptly resolved once brought to his attention. We quite enjoyed the rest of our stay, but it started on a sour note, unfortunately. ##### Chuck H.
