Our 3-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests in cozy beds, offering a spacious and inviting home with unique features. We have added new bicycles, ping pong and corn hole and will consider pets. Conveniently located adjacent to the private neighborhood swimming pool and park, you'll find quick and easy access for leisurely breaks, meals, or any other need that arises during your stay. A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase. \*\*\*The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room. The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring. The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring. If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase. Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. The home is well maintained and fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the location as well. You would never know this is a pet friendly home as it was very clean and well taken care of. There is a sunroom off of the master and the den that was an excellent place to leave our dog while we were out and about. The furnishings were clean and up to date with plenty of seating. From the initial booking, to the days leading up to our stay, during the stay, and after, Kathy responded to all my questions and needs. The house itself is charming, with some really unique and interesting wall hangings, books, and knick knacks. The bed linens had fun decor, and the beds super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice dishes, pots and pans, drinking glasses, utensils, storage containers, cooking utensils, the list goes on. The home is in a lovely, quiet, and shaded section by the marshes, and has a very nice, private pool for that community. The 4 bicycles that came with the house were a fun addition, as it’s great to cruise around the island on a bicycle. Everything about our stay was amazing, and Kathy is truly an excellent and gracious host! Thank you! ##### Josie F.
