"Very nice facility’s and staff, only complaint was the pool water was warmed to the point of being uncomfortable which is a big deal."

"We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants. The only downside we saw was the breakfast. They always have the same, small biscuits and just change the meat. The first morning we had bacon which was good, but the second morning it was basically chicken nuggets. A little more variety and freshness would go a long way. Overall, good time and we’ll likely come back for another anniversary trip. "

"The location on the beach was excellent with easy beach access. The pool, spa and fitness center were all excellent. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The property was very clean. Housekeeping in our room could have been a little better."

"Hotel was in a good safe area. It was also a quiet location. Some staff was helpful, some were not. We stayed 5 days and had to ask for more towels because the room wasn't cleaned for us during our stay. We asked for it to be cleaned but it was a minimal job. It wasn't cleaned up. Towels and trash picked up. We needed to ask for more toilet paper. Breakfast was good. I would have liked to have seen some variety with healthier choices like fresh fruit besides an apple or banana. "

"Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and neat, but the hallways, elevators, etc are in need of some updating. The beach and eateries were nice. "

"Clean, family friendly and well maintained. Very geared to families but everyone can be comfortable there. Not too much on property to do on a rainy day. They do rent dvds."

"The hotel was just right for the price point. The only slight complaints I have are that if you get back late the parking is kind of questionable ( you have to park around the corner by the indoor tennis courts) and our original room was nicer than the one we had to move to ( they were fixing something and the person checking us in didn’t realize they weren’t done) The bed was nice and soft and comfortable. I loved the walk in shower. I loved that they didn’t have carpet. I also loved that it is only about a mile from the beach and shopping."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5"
