Inutilisable ! Le lit est vraiment très dur, mal de dos au réveil le matin pendant tout le séjour. Le canapé/convertible est plus qu'inconfortable. Un problème connu sur l'antenne TV collective nous a privé de TF1 la semaine entière, malgré des appels tél. répétés de la société de gestion Foncia au président du syndic.
