- 250 m from the beach and the port, is our semi-detached holiday rental house, in a small residence where calm is assured. Large enclosed land (common to the property) where children can play in peace. Playground near by. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house. At 700 m, a daily market in the town is available on Place de l'Abbatiale, shops: bakery, pastry shop, newsagent, fishmonger, butcher, various restaurants (crêperie, pizzeria ...), mini-market with the possibility of home delivery , various library services, bicycle rental.
Description of the house. Ground floor: Cuis corner. fitted, induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven. Living room: 3 seater sofa. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Mezzanine: 1 bed (120 cm sofa), shower room - bedroom in the attic (access by miller's ladder): 2 beds (90 cm). Outside: Terrace, private garden and garage.
