In Winter: please take snow chains. (30 steps). Parking at the house, in winter 30 m. Shop 1.4 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Les Chattrix" 300 m, railway station "Le Fayet Saint-Gervias les Bains" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Therles de Saint Gervais" 13 km. Tennis 8 km, skisport facilities 300 m, cross country ski track 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"L'Aiguille Noire", 1-room studio 24 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 wall-trunk bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Alcove with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Small balcony 3 m2, east facing position and south-east facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
