Nontheless there are some Characteristics that you need to be aware of: 1) The upper Level of the House is kept in the initial Style - which makes all the Charme of the Building. But this also means that all the old Timber is very noisy and very clairaudient. So if you have a light sleep you might find that disturbing with 8 or more People walking around later at night. 2) The kitchen on the ground Floor is really the bottle neck of the Building. As soon as 3 People are preparing something in the Kitchen the Passageway between Bedrooms and the Lounge Rooms is a bit blocked. 3) In General the House is facing East which means you have the Sun on the Terasse in the Morning and no Sun anymore the Evening. Les enfants (de 8 à 19 ans) ont apprécié le trampoline, le tennis de table, le salon télé. La vue sur le Mont Blanc au réveil : génial ! La région de Saint Gervais les bains est magnifique et permet de faire des excursions et randonnées. Chambres au rez-de-chaussée et pièces de vie au rez-de-jardin avec vue sur les montagnes. Petite salle-de-douche au rdc et nouvelle et belle salle-de-douche au rez-de-jardin agrémentée d'un sauna (détail non négligeable). Nous nous sommes senti très bien immédiatement. Le chalet était très propre, l'accueil chaleureux, les pièces sont décorées avec goût. La propriétaire à pu nous donner des conseils concernant traiteur et pâtissier avant notre venue. La présence des lits faits à notre arrivée et des serviettes disponibles est un plus.
