Parking. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Avenue de Miage" 160 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.5 km. Tennis 500 m, minigolf 500 m, skisport facilities 800 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"Le Martagon 007", 2-room apartment 26 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Beautiful furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.
