"We could not get Wi-fi in our room, we requested to try another room but we were told there wasn’t one available, the receptionist advised she would contact the manager but we heard no more after that. We were also charged for using the pool and gym which frankly we declined as it was incredibly disappointing for the 10€ per person, when asked to refund the amount she took our card details and personal details on a scrap of paper and said she would refund later that day, we found this unacceptable but had no choice but to agree( did not understand why she couldn’t refund on the card machine we had just paid on) also disappointed to pay 10€ per day for parking at the hotel .positive was a good breakfast and comfortable beds with a very good brassiere attached.would not stay there again!
