Located in Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil, in the heart of the Médoc, this charming 100 m² stone holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. You have two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The property offers you a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a washing machine, as well as a private barbecue for your outdoor meals.



You can enjoy the shared uncovered terrace and the shared garden in a very quiet environment, ideal for peaceful relaxation.



Parking is available with four shared spaces on the property, as well as additional spaces on the street. Pets are not allowed and events are not permitted. Check-in starts at 5 p.m. and check-out must be done before 10 a.m. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
