Perfect for sunny days, it is part of a small private complex and features a lovely enclosed courtyard where you can relax in peace and quiet. You enter the house through its fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease: 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, SENSEO coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living room, with a 140 cm BZ-style sofa bed and flat-screen TV, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring or swimming. The comfortable bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and the bathroom with WC completes this little haven. Outside, the terrace shaded by a pergola is perfect for enjoying lunch or simply soaking up the sun without getting too much exposure. In “camping mode,” the washing machine and barbecue are shared with the other units. Beach mats are provided for your trips to the sand. This house does not have heating, making it an ideal retreat for summer stays.
