The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the region: read a book or enjoy the television. The fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher) lets you prepare delicious meals to share around the dining table. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses: one with a 90 cm bed, and two with 140 cm beds each. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the utility room. Enjoy the terrace or the conservatory with a built-in barbecue for fun and convivial moments with family or friends. Practical: the house is equipped with a water softener, which is very handy in this region! Parking is easy: one vehicle can be parked on the property, and street parking is free.
