The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and includes a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The sleeping area is located on the ground floor and features two bedrooms: – the first with a 140 cm double bed, – the second, down two small steps, with two 90 cm single beds. A shower room with hydromassage shower and toilet is also available. A mezzanine provides an additional sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed. To make the most of sunny days, the house offers two large enclosed courtyards. At the front, you’ll find an area with outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. At the rear, a courtyard equipped with a “coming back from the beach” shower and a small utility room with a washing machine. You can easily park in front of the house, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
