Appartement très spacieux et au calme. Mais l'appartement est un peu défraichi. La cuisine est très peu pratique (manque de rangements, équipements et vaisselle, branchements électriques...). Le garage en sous-sol n'est pas utilisable (clé absente, pas pratique pour ranger des vélos). Appartement bien situé mais vétuste, couvertures vielles et inutilisables , oreillers idem, pas de micro ondes, et tv minuscule. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien situé, la résidence est belle, il suffirait de peu d'effort pour qu'il soit top mais malheureusement on dirait qu'on ne veut pas investir le moindre centime dedans ( des couvertures / couettes neuves bas de gamme ça coute pas chère , oreillers idem ) ... malgré ça l'appart est fonctionnel et le parking souterrain fermé c'est top par contre ##### Romain ---
