Should you decide to visit, my advice is that you check the hot water before accepting the keys so that you don't have the unhappy experience of discovering an ice cold shower upon waking the next morning. "The room in the main house was very nice and well put together. The bed was very comfortable and had excellent bedding. The only drawback to the room is it being an old house you can hear anything and everything of the other travelers, but I always bring a noise maker to sleep better. The property was a beautiful piece of French history and a working organic farm!! We ate at the restaurant twice each for breakfast and dinner. The steak was sourced on the farm and nothing short of phenomenal. It was a beautiful restaurant with nice people and very cozy. I would definitely stay here again."

"The place was better than expected! Larger than we thought and more than what we needed. The rooms were all quite large with their own bathrooms and showers - everyone reported comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cutlery. The residence is large enough to easily house a large family or multiple families. We played a couple games of pool and watched tv on the multiple tv sets. There is a small washing machine but no dryer but there are two drying racks. The location was great for our WW2 trip - right in the heart of things with not too much driving. We hit St Michel’s Abbey one day, Utah/Omaha the next and then Juno and the British beaches the last. There is a grocery store within a short drive as well as an excellent bakery. Only thing to maybe mention was the lack of some everyday supplies such as hand soap. What we didn’t have was easily picked up at the store the next day. If you are new to Europe possibly have her show you how to lock and unlock the front door! LolDelphine was a great host, and even helped us book a restaurant one night. The homemade plum jam was a nice surprise and was very good!Thanks for being a wonderful host!"
