### L’Hirondelle – Authentic Country House in the Heart of the Périgord Noir

Treat yourselves to a peaceful and charming getaway in this independent holiday home, nestled in the hamlet of La Pomparie, near the picturesque village of Saint-Geniès. Located between Sarlat-la-Canéda (12 km) and the Lascaux caves (15 km), this house is the ideal starting point to explore the treasures of the Périgord Noir.  
  
With an area of 50 m² over two floors, the house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It features three cosy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, two separate toilets, and a welcoming living room with fireplace, sofa, and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, etc.) allows you to prepare your meals with ease. You will also benefit from Wi-Fi, a washing machine, baby equipment, and private parking.  
  
Outside, enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a pétanque court, a children's play area, and direct access to marked hiking trails winding through fields and forests.  
  
Nearby, discover a supervised swimming lake 5 km away (Blue Flag certified), local farmers' markets, foie gras and walnut farms, as well as the region's castles, gardens, and prehistoric caves. The village of Saint-Geniès, just 6 km away, charms with its traditional lauze roofs and its typically Périgord atmosphere.  
  
For groups or large families, it is possible to rent a second neighbouring house, bringing the total capacity to 14 people.  
  
This house is a true haven of peace for lovers of nature, history, and conviviality.
