"Hôtel bien situé, avec belles vues à partir de l'espace de restauration au RDC. Généralement un bon hôtel, mais avec plusieurs items plus petits qu'attendu: piscine, gym, même le lit queen semblait plus de taille double. Excellent service attentif. La chambre avait de belles grandes fenêtres, laissant beaucoup de lumière naturelle. On peut aisément marcher à l'épicerie ou divers restaurants du coin si on préfère ne pas manger à l'hôtel même. Je serais porté à retourner dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain déplacement vers Sherbrooke."

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un tournoi de hockey pour enfants. Je peux honnêtement dire que la salle de jeux pour les enfants est amusante, mais malheureusement l’expérience positive s’arrête là. Les chambres sont de style motel : dès que vous sortez de votre chambre, vous êtes directement à l’extérieur. Pour accéder à quoi que ce soit dans le bâtiment — salle de jeux, piscine, lobby — il faut sortir dehors, même en plein hiver. Les chambres n’ont presque pas d’éclairage, seulement une lampe. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et tout est extrêmement désuet. La peinture sur les portes, les murs et un peu partout est écaillée. L’eau qui sortait de la douche sentait les œufs pourris. Je n’exagère pas. Rien ici ne donne une bonne impression. Pour le prix que cet hôtel charge, c’est carrément du vol. C’est extrêmement cher pour ce que vous obtenez. J’ai séjourné dans des hôtels 5 étoiles à Las Vegas pour moins cher. Je vous conseille d’éviter cet endroit à tout prix."

"This is a clean space, courteous staff, is close to rue principal where all activity is happening, keep in mind that the breakfast is only available during weekends, for weekdays they offer breakfast at Auberge du Grand Lac and there are places nearby for the breakfast"

"Very Small rooms. Difficult furnishings. First and foremost - the rooms are VERY small. Yes, big enough for a king bed, but: - No work desk. Instead there is a small round high table with 2 stools. Very difficult to do any work here. - Small closet cabinet takes space from the room. No luggage stand. - Shower cabinet is so small that I had to open the door to pick up my soap (not enough room to bend over!) - Amenities (coffee, tissues, toilet paper, soap, etc.) were all bargain-basement quality. Other issues: - The parking lot is not paved. While this may not be an issue in mid-winter, it definitely is in muddy April. - All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. A real problem if you have heavy luggage (or a bad back). - The hotel is very close to an active train track, near a level crossing. Woken up twice overnight by the VERY loud train horns. HOWEVER, the restaurant is excellent."

"Great staff and wonderful views. While some of the rooms have been updated, others would need to be. Children allowed in the spa/hottub and pool only after 6:30 PM is a bit restrictive. I believe 5:30 PM would be more reasonable, allowing for both adults and children to benefit from the amenities. "
