In the heart of the village of Saint-Fort-sur-Gironde in Charente Maritime between Bordeaux and Royan, 25 minutes from the Nuns beaches in Meschers-sur-Gironde, the cottage Vintage Guesthouse offers a renovated village house and classified with flowery courtyard . Many walks between sea and vineyards, 4 km from the port Maubert, beautiful villages to visit Mortagne Gironde, Talmont (among the most beautiful villages in France), Jonzac (Thermalism). Pineau region and cognac, but also oysters Marennes and squares, not to mention the ornithological park in Blaye. Ground floor: A sunny entrance courtyard between flowers and vines including outdoor furniture and solar sail. A kitchen / living room with a gas stove, oven / microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine, fridge, dresser for 4 people. Living room including an open fire, a sofa 3 places, two armchairs, furniture cable TV + wifi and secretary. A bathroom including a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. A large bedroom with a double bed 160 and wardrobe / wardrobe. A large room with a double bed 140 and wardrobe / wardrobe. 1) Village facility. Free parking in the area A bakery, a Coop, a hardware store, Saturday morning market and fish shop in Port-Maubert. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday: Rejanne will give you the keys between 16h and 20h and will make the exit inspection on Saturday before 11h. The cleaning is included in the rent (we expect from you that the Guesthouse is tidy and that the dishes are made at your departure) is not provided in the rental, sheets and linens.
