About this property

sea ​​view villa with heated pool overlooking the beach of Saint Florent

  • This architect-designed house blends contemporary architecture with local materials such as stone and wood. Large bay windows, all around the house allow to enjoy a panoramic view of the pool, the sea and nature.
    A terrace, sometimes covered, runs all around the house, allowing to benefit from places sheltered from the sun or widely exposed according to the desires.
    The living room with open kitchen fully equipped, is on the ground, covered with oak floor with large llamas, some objects of well known designers (Le Corbusier, Eames, and Panton) come to bring a contemporary and refined note to all. The colors of the walls, the sculptures and the paintings give a 'holiday' atmosphere that is both cheerful and relaxing.
    The pool is heated from June 1st to November 1st.
