    Quiet with flower garden close to the beaches of South Finistère, 8 km from Cap-Coz (FOUESNANT), and 12 km from Bénodet seaside town facing the Iles des Glénan, 210 m2 villa on 2,200 m2 of fenced land and sported with automatic gate.
    On the ground floor :
    - Fully fitted and equipped kitchen
    - Living and dining room located towards the south side terrace.
    - 1 separate toilet on the ground floor.
    On the 1st Floor:
    - 1 bedroom of 140x220 with 2 convenient nightstands + cupboards
    - 1 bedroom including 2 beds of 0.90x0.90 with chest of drawers
    - 1 bathroom with shower and a sink with furniture underneath
    - 1 separate toilet upstairs
    In the basement :
    - Washing machine and dryer
    - 1 large refrigerator

Nice house, great outdoor area

We've rented this house for a week for two people. We liked the living room and the outside area very much. There are 2 terraces. On one side you can have breakfast in the morning, on the other side you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening. We didn't enjoy the kitchen so much. The dishes and the furniture are older and not very pretty. Our bed (red) could have been a bit softer and longer. Mrs. Burel was very nice. Unfortunately her answers by email are a little delayed.

Vacances à Sainte Evarzec

La maison est située dans les terres mais elle permet de profiter au maximum des plages et des sites sur un large territoire à quelques minutes de celle-ci. Elle est en retrait de la route ce qui permet de profiter de la nature et de l'immense propriété sans bruit hormis celui des oiseaux. La propriétaire est accueillante et elle est à l'écoute des occupants en cas de besoin. Je vous recommande cette location.

Quand nous sommes arrivés le lundi la propriétaire nous a fait remarquer que nous ne pouvions pas louer le lundi mais seulement à partir du samedi... Cependant l'application a bien validé la démarche. Donc une arrivée un peu mitigée car ce n'est pas de ma faute. Apparemment des messages aurait été envoyé mais je ne les ai jamais reçues. Les draps n'étaient pas payant contrairement aux avis que j'avais pu lire. La dame est quand même très présente car elle va nourrir ses canaris et ses poules par le trou qu'elle a fait dans le grillage. Donc le jardin n'est pas clos a cause de ce trou mais la dame avait mis une planche en bois pour que mon chien ne s'échappe pas. La vaiselle n'était pas bien lavé mais elle nous a donné des nouveaux verres.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la grande et belle maison de Maryse et profité de son magnifique jardin. Accueil chaleureux et souci constant de notre bien-être. Propriété située au calme, mais proche de Quimper, Fouesnant, Bénodet, Concarneau. Des vacances parfaites en famille ou entre amis. Merci Maryse

Maison agréable. Nous avions réservé pour le ménage et le linge de maison, mais le tarif proposé par le site abritel était soit disant erroné. La propriétaire visiblement au courant de l'erreur n'a pas voulu l'assumer, nous avons donc eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer un supplément et de faire le ménage le jour du départ. C'est dommage, le séjour était sympatique.

Des surprises désagréables

Une maison spacieuse avec un équipement juste correct. Une douche sur 2 sans débit suffisant. Notre problème a été les imprécisions récurrentes de l’hôte avec deux demandes successives de petites sommes ( 40 euros pour les draps qui devaient être fournis et 20 euros pour le ménage de la terrasse et du garage le jour de notre arrivée…). Une incapacité à dire les choses clairement mais elle peut émettre de vifs reproches ( proche d’une insulte) alors que tout était pris en charge dans le contrat de base. J’ai de forts doutes sur le fait que la maison soit désinfectée entre chaque occupant puisque nous faisons nous même le ménage alors qu’il était payé dans le contrat de base, et qu’une poubelle de chambre n’a pas été vidée. Bref, que de contrariétés en vacances… Réponse rapide et précise d’Abritel pour nous aider.

Très belle propriété, Dommage, ménage non fait à l'arrivée (saleté dans les placard alimentaire, liquide jaunâtre sec dans le frigo, reste d'un petit pot bébé au congèle, sachet de cacahouète ouvert parsemé dans un ramequin au placard, salle de bains présentant des cheveux, des cils...) Protocole sanitaire non respecté Seul produits menagés: un fond de produit pour le sol et du produit à vitre. Logement loué sans drap et un des lits présentait des draps où qqn semblait avoir déjà dormi dedans. Propriétaire trop présente, sollicitante...

Deux magnifiques semaines de vacances

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans la magnifique et grande maison de Maryse. La maison étant habitée toute l'année par la propriétaire, elle est parfaitement équipée et ne manque absolument de rien. De toute façon, Maryse est extrêmement attentive au bien être et au confort de ses hôtes. Le jardin est tout aussi beau et comporte deux grandes terrasses orientées différemment. Elles sont équipées de transats, fauteuils et parasols. Nous avons été accueillis avec une extrême gentillesse par Maryse elle-même. Lorsque nous sommes partis, nous avions plus l'impression de dire au revoir à une amie qu' à une propriétaire.
