Lovely hotel management. They were very helpful, even though we didn’t speak much French. Clean hotel. Continental breakfast was nice and the dining room was beautiful. Next time I would book a room with the bathroom en-suite. Not fun walking down the hall.

Not recommended.
Was told I needed to pay 10 euros more to have a WC in the room. Unable to lock door of room, which was also a bit cold (shower water lukewarm too). No one at reception (in darkness) at 20.45, no one answering the hotel phone number, which I rang directly as nothing indicated in room or on phone for dialling reception. Wifi weak and intermittent. I did not feel comfortable leaving my stuff in room unlocked so did not go out to dinner. In the morning it was implied it was all my fault for not understanding how the doors worked. No apology, no reimbursement. Not recommended.

Hello William, I sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with the hotel and I wanted to answer you: regarding the added value for your room: on your arrival I took care to confirm your reservation that I received in CLASSIC room category. Having a availability in the superior category, I proposed it to you AND you accepted this choice. Regarding the door window of your room, it worked very well, I made sure of your departure, Regarding your phone call at the reception, there is in the room that you occupied all the useful numbers, including that of the hotel and the direct post of the reception. In addition I was there and available on the phone. I also had outside calls. I also confirm that you have also checked the soap dispensers of your shower and the sink. Both dispensers were well refilled with soap and worked very well. I reiterate my regret for your non satisfaction and thank you for taking care to submit your opinion for our vigilance and rigor in everyday life. cordially Patrice BERTHET

Var fanns toaletten?
Standarden var ganska låg. Personal kunde knappt engelska, men var väldigt artig och trevlig och alltid med ett leende. Ingen toalett på rummet - delades med tre andra rum. Detta framgick inte vid bokning. Stod att bland ”Bekvämligheter på rummet” fanns toalettartiklar och toalettpapper. Ingetdera fanns och som sagt inte heller någon toalett. Duschen var extremt snålspolande och räkna med att schampot blir kvar i skalpen. Frukosten: kaffe, juice, en sorts bröd, smör, marmelad och croissant. Müsli fanns också, men hittade varken mjölk eller yoghurt. Enda positiva var renlighet och leendet hos managern.

Situé dans une rue assez bruyante le soir. Une odeur très forte de produit de ménage ou de désodorisant dans la chambre et très peu d'insonorisation. En centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.

J’ai aimé la propreté l’accueil le côté « petit hôtel » la proximité du centre ville le service Je regrette les toilettes partagées mais n’ayant pas de voisins à proximité cela ne m’a pas trop gêné

Hübsches Hotel mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig da die Zimmer zum Hof sind. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen Details, schönes Design. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Petit hôtel très sympa et bien situé. Le gérant est une personne très accueillante, arrangeante et agréable. Le parking est vraiment pratique. Je conseille sans hésiter!!
