\- an open-plan living area with large sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace, including a comfortable lounge and dining area,  
\- an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,  
\- one bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, with a queen-size bed (160cm),  
\- a second bedroom on the top floor with a queen-size bed (160cm),  
\- a third bedroom with two single bunk beds,  
\- two bathrooms with walk-in shower,  
\- two separate toilets,  
\- external Green socket,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, hangers,
