Comfort is guaranteed with a bedroom featuring a king-size bed, ideal for restful nights. The living area features a cosy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for self-catering stays. A modern bathroom rounds out the space. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace, perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing evenings under the stars. The cottage also offers access to a large shared garden, a true haven of peace carefully landscaped by the owner. Shady nooks, benches, flower-filled areas, and even a few botanical surprises invite you to relax. Located just a few minutes from the most beautiful sites in the Lot and the Dordogne Valley, the Zénitude cottage is a hidden gem where you’ll love to settle in for a few days or longer. The cottage is located on the ground floor of a large house (which also serves as a bed-and-breakfast and includes the owner’s apartments). Separate entrance via the cottage’s private terrace or through the main house from the shared entry hall. Private terrace on the right side of the house, not overlooked by other guests. Shared garden on the other side. The house is located in Saint-Denis-les-Martel along a road (heavy traffic / double-glazed windows). A few steps lead up to the cottage: open kitchen, living room, bedroom with a 160x200 bed (facing the road), adjoining bedroom with 1 bunk bed, bathroom, and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning. Towels and sheets included. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option.
