J ai déjà ecrit à foncia . Dans l'annonce était écrit animaux acceptés mais le jardin n'est pas bien cloturé avec une haie d'arbres avec un énorme trou laissant échapper tout animal; le chien n'a pas pu rester dans cette maison et quelqu'un d'autre sur l'ile me l a pris. Le propriétaire a dit à Foncia qu'il ne pouvait pas réparer cette semaine mais la semaine prochaine. A voir;;; De plus, j'ai payé les frais de ménage chien . J'ai demandé son remboursement mais aucune réponse de la part de FONCIA; Impressionnant cette immoralité la serrure de la véranda donnant accès à la maison ne fonctionnait pas; aucun moyen de prévenir Foncia le dimanche et ma parole a été mise en doute le lundi. Il a fallu que je fasse des vidéos et celà a été réparé le mardi. Donc la maison est resté pendant 3 jours à tout venant. Ce n'est pas normal; Sinon, on a adoré l ile d'oléron mais je ferai attention par la suite de ne pas avoir à faire à Foncia. Bonne soirée

#### Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Points positifs: Maison fonctionnelle et pratique, proche commodités, table de ping-pong, garage et véranda. les points négatifs : équipements très médiocres et datés, sale à notre arrivée, séchoir à linge demonté en vrac rafistolé au scotch, vaisselle sale, poils dans les tiroirs, literie abominable et les lits enfants n’ont pas le standard et c’est pas précisé dans l’annonce : 2 lits de 90 (oui mais par 200) on a du en commander chez Amazon, couvertures en laine (!!!!) qui utilise cela de nos jours? pas de couettes. Arbres non taillés, les oiseaux squattent les arbres il faut nettoyer tous les jours la table de jardin et les chaises recouvertent de fientes (terrasse comprise), les toilettes ne sont pas fixées au sol, très dangereux pour une personne corpulente.Je pense que cette location pourrait être au top à condition de revoir tout cela, à presque 1000€ la semaine on attend un standing un peu plus qualitatif, c’est dommage.

#### Un séjour au calme, ambiance 70´s...

Maison bien située dans un quartier calme, à proximité du marché et des commerces. Les plages sont facilement accessible à 10-15mn en vélo. En revanche, la décoration, le mobilier et l’équipement sont tout à fait conformes aux photos et vous emmèneront jusqu’au cœur des 70’s 😉 Petit point d’amélioration : une bouilloire électrique serait bienvenue...
