A l'étage, un palier avec canapé et commode, une première chambre avec un lit 1 personne (90) et un lit superposé (2x90), une deuxième chambre avec lit 140, une salle d'eau et un wc indépendant. A l'extérieur, un jardin clos de 400m² environ au calme avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Possibilité de se garer dans la propriété.
