Offrant un esprit chaleureux, dans l’esprit surf, cette villa conjugue confort contemporain et proximité immédiate avec la nature. La villa dispose d’une piscine privative chauffée (de début Avril à début Novembre), d’une douche extérieur pour les retours de plage et d’une agréable terrasse en bois permettant de profiter de doux repas conviviaux. À l’intérieur, la maison dévoile une atmosphère chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. La pièce de vie lumineuse et confortable s’ouvre sur une cuisine entièrement équipée (four électrique, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et sa partie congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière). Les volumes généreux et la charpente apparente renforcent le caractère unique du lieu, tout en conservant une ambiance conviviale et détendue. La villa du Kite propose quatre chambres permettant d’accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes, composées de la manière suivante : Deux chambres avec lit double (160) et deux chambres familiales avec lit double (140) et un lit simple (90). L’ensemble des lits seront fait à votre arrivée. Chaque espace nuit a été pensé pour offrir indépendance et confort, avec des rangements pratiques, deux salles d’eau attenantes et deux WC indépendant. Cette configuration est idéale pour les familles, les groupes d’amis ou les tribus de sportifs souhaitant partager un même lieu tout en préservant leur intimité.
