  • House very well equipped, and very well decorated 80 meters from the sea in the last village before the end of the world near the chassiron lighthouse in a protected area
    the house can comfortably accommodate 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful ground closed in front
    a lot of bike rides and walking, many bike paths, market 1.5 kms quiet insured the house is very well exposed AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED

Très agréable séjour au calme et près des plages

Un endroit agréable, calme, à proximité de la plage : idéal pêche à pieds. Phare de Chassiron à 10 minutes à pieds. Maison très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. A noter qu’une seule chambre est indépendante. Les deux chambres de l’étage communiquent avec les deux chambres du 2eme étage.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette maison. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs explications. Maison très bien équipée, terrasse ensoleillée et emplacement au top pour visiter l'île d'Oléron. Tout est présent pour passer un bon sejour. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace dortoir a l'étage ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. La maison est confortable, et les chambres communiquantes pratiques pour nos ados. La grande terrasse permet de déjeuner tous ensemble confortablement, et le jardin clos est idéal pour notre chien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour sur l’île, le logement est situé sur le bout de l’île à proximité du phare dans un quartier tranquille. Le propriétaire a été d’un bon accueil et très disponible au moment de l’arrivée. La maison ´ est pas adapté à de enfants en bas âge (5 ans max) les escaliers de l étage sont très dangereux, la maison manque un peu de lumière et aurait mérité une meilleure propreté.

Très agréable semaine passée dans cette maison bien adaptée à plusieurs familles (nous étions 10). Jardin agréable avec des arbres (beaux mimosa et olivier) donnant de l’ombre bienvenue par temps caniculaire ! Hôte prévenante et réactive pour toutes questions. La maison est très bien équipée (notamment en vaisselle, éléments de cuisine…). Et un énorme point positif : le prêt de vélos ! Bon emplacement : calme, phare de Chassiron + plages & centre de Saint Denis accessibles rapidement en vélo. Seul bémol : le wifi accessible uniquement sur la terrasse. Une belle adresse : nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
