Need sun and calm just a stone's throw from the sea and the main summer activities? Ideal for 2 couples or a family (4 people), our new cottage with its garden and terrace will be perfect for your stay in one of the most popular areas of Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques. Our cottage is a large 50 m2 T2 composed of a bedroom (140x200 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) & separate toilet, a living room area that can be converted (140x200 sofa bed) into a sleeping area, a fitted kitchen area and an outdoor terrace with garden. Located on the same property as our main house, it is a completely independent house. FULLY EQUIPPED Flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven with child safety, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, garden table, crockery. The kitchen opens onto the dining area. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a large closet. The bedroom has a large closet and communicates with the bathroom and toilet. The whole opens onto the outdoor terrace, accessible by 2 large bay windows. THE STRONG POINTS \- Everything can be done on foot. \- The calm of the neighborhood in a family and friendly spirit, with immediate proximity to the main amenities, beach, entertainment and natural spaces are the major assets of our charming little house. \- A parking space. \- Close to the tourist sites to visit. \- Many summer activities organized by the City. LOGISTICS SIDE Not provided: Your towels and beach towels are not included. Provided: Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tea towels and bath mats are provided and included in the rental. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und immer ansprechbar, wenn es ein Anliegen gab (was selten der Fall war.) Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, dennoch erreicht man den Strand mit Gastronomieangeboten schnell zu Fuß. Auch der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke.
