Welcome to Les Terrasses du Carlat. Le Four à pain is a charming private house with a 18th Century bread oven (Four à pain in French). It has recently been renovated with quality material. Exceptional location, both very near to the Châteaux valley and major touristic sites and very calm in preserved nature with beautiful views on two 18th century castles.

GROUND FLOOR :
There is a 40 sqm living room with a living room area (leather sofa and armchairs), a TV area (4K smart TV, internet, another leather sofa and armchairs) a dining room area open on a brand new fully equiped kitchen (induction, micro wave plus traditional electric ovens, dish washing machine, washing machine, fridge, freezer, expresso, etc.). One bathroom including a large shower and toilets.
the living room leads to a terrace, open to the garden, then to the swimming pool area (panoramic swimming pool, 10 meters x 4 with a large first stair ideal for small children). Then there is a park (1 hectare) with trees and flowers, where you will find a petanque area, and a volleyball/basket area.

1ST FLOOR :
3 bedrooms : one with twin beds (2 beds 90x200cm), air con. Two rooms with one queen bed (160x200 cm), one has aircon, the other one does not need any. One bathroom with a large italian shower, wc.

ACTIVITIES AND SIGHTSEEING :
at 5 kilometers maximum : castles and villages of Castelnaud la Chapelle, Les Milandes, Beynac, Marqueyssac Fayrac, Domme, la Roque Gajeac. Cycling paths, hiking paths, canoe, horse riding, fishing, rock climbing...
The medieval town of Sarlat is at 14 kilometers.
Golfs of l'Olivarie and Domaine de Rochebois. Painting exhibitions (Sarlat, Meyrals, Daglan), museums (nut and truffe museums, etc.). Prehistory and caves (Les Eyzies and many other), beautiful gardens (l'Albarède, Eyrignac, Carsac...) many producers markets and gourmet markets with music at night, many concerts and various events.
Wether you like culture, nature, sport, food or simply relaxing, you will find something to your taste in wonderful surroundings you will not forget
