Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 19 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). \- A shower room with Italian shower. \- Separate toilet. Outside : \- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other flats and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small impasse. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
