  • Notre villa, située à 700m de la magnifique plage des Chevrets et du Havre de Rotheneuf, vous offrira le plus grand confort sur 270m2 pour vos vacances familiales:
    - Piscine intérieure: assurance mauvais temps!
    - Terrasse sud-ouest: BBQ ensoleillés midi et soir
    - Pièce principale de 70m2, très lumineuse
    - Bureau en plus des 5 chambres
    - 7 pièces d'eau: 3 salles de bain (dont 2 en-suite), 1 douche dans la piscine et 3 cabinets de toilette

    La piscine est chauffée pour les séjours de 2 jours minimum, avec une réservation réalisée au plus tard 5 jours avant le check-in. A noter: par temps très froid, le chauffage de la piscine peut être rendu impossible (chauffage par pompe à chaleur).
