Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté de communication avec le propriétaire et l'espace du grenier ( avec babyfoot, billard et BDs) ainsi que le grand jardin aménagé (pingpong, tennis, baskets, parcours du combattant ) a été bien exploité par nos ados. Par contre gros bémol, il est interdit de parler dehors le soir après 22h30\. On peut tout juste chuchoter lorsqu'on sort fumer et on ne peut malheureusement pas profiter tous ensemble de la douceur de la fin de soirée, et c'est très frustrant d'être contraints d'aller se cloisonner dans la véranda fenêtres fermées car il est interdit de les laisser ouvertes au risque de déranger les voisins parait-il! Je pense que cette grande maison pour 12 personnes n'est pas adaptée géographiquement pour de la location saisonnière d'été.
