    Very nice total renovation carried out in 2025, this house is full of charm and amenities with its walled garden. Free secure parking.
    Once past the entrance where there are toilets and a linen room, you enter the dining room with open kitchen and in continuity the living room on a total area of 75 m2.
    Adjoining, a bedroom with its private bathroom equipped with a bath and shower.
    Upstairs, accessible from the entrance, a corridor landing which distributes a first bedroom, a second and a bathroom with toilet and comfortable shower + sink
