This charming cottage can accommodate 8 adults; it is comfortable and well-maintained. The property is located on a one-hectare estate that also includes another authentic country house. These cottages can be rented together or separately. The cottage features a living area on the ground floor with a stunning view of the rolling countryside. Outside is a covered wooden deck with eight chairs, a daybed, and a Weber grill. The kitchen is very spacious and features a Boretti stove with a large gas oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a very well-equipped set of kitchen utensils. Ideal for the hobby chef. The loft in the living area is accessible via a spiral staircase and can be used as a reading nook or sleeping area (with a high-quality pull-out sofa). The living area features a large dining table with eight chairs, as well as a seating area around the wood-burning stove. The house is very cosy, decorated in a rustic style with solid wood planks in every room. The ground floor also features the laundry area (sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack) and the bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The pool, hot tub, sauna, ping-pong table, pétanque court, and playground equipment are available for shared use.
