Welcome to your charming apartment in Saint-Capraise-de-Lalinde, Dordogne. This 55 m² stone accommodation comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. You have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The living room includes a sofa, a television, and a dining area. Your private kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. You benefit from private Wi-Fi and access to a shared washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room.  
  
Enjoy the shared landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing after exploring the Lalinde canal, located right next door. The peaceful canal-side location is ideal for walks or bike rides.  
  
Street parking is shared. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please note that the entrance and laundry room are shared with another apartment. The bedrooms are on a mezzanine and require you to duck slightly at the top of the stairs. The property is close to a main road. A coworking space is just a few steps away for your remote work needs.  
  
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. This is a non-smoking accommodation with shared spaces to be used respectfully. Your hosts live on site but not in your apartment. Discover shops and the Lalinde market just minutes away, and the Bergerac vineyards 20 minutes away. Enjoy walks along the canal, canoeing, paddleboarding, wine tastings, and discovering the medieval villages of Périgord.
