Your accommodation is located 600m from the seafront and 1 km on foot from the town centre, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the multiple facets and landscapes of "The Jade Coast" by bike, on foot or on the water. WORKS DURING THE DAY AND OUTSIDE WEEKEND ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. This house with an unfenced garden on a 790m² plot has been recently renovated and the ground floor is uninhabitable. You access your accommodation via a staircase leading to a living space of 90m². It has a double bedroom (160 bed) and upstairs two bedrooms (140 bed and two 90 beds) under the roof that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a TV lounge with WiFi access and a work corner. An equipped kitchen open to the dining room and equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home; gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. An independent toilet and a complete bathroom complete the rental. Maison très agréable à vivre au quotidien ! Pour la cuisine, quelques couverts supplémentaires ne seraient pas de refus, ils pourraient aussi être plus qualitatifs/costauds. Couteaux à steak, petite passoire et saladier ou plats creux suppl., cuillère écumoire ou pince à spaghettis pourraient compléter l'équipement.
