The open kitchen is fitted and equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, chopper, citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living room has a television, Wi-Fi connection and provides access to the balcony. A bathroom and toilet complete the rental. You have an outdoor private parking space. The apartment is located in the town of St Brévin close to shops, craftsmen, local market every Thursday and Sunday morning and: \- 600m from the first beach facing Boulevard Padioleau \- 1 km from the commercial zone (Hypermarket, fitness centre, organic shops, cinema, bowling, aquatic centre) \- 3 km from the Nautical Centre (Sand yachting, Windfoil, ...) \- 2km from the largest quad circuit in the region "Quad St Brévin" \- 8 km from "La Forêt de La Pierre Attelée" and the menhir and "Ecuries de Saint Brévin" \- 3.5 km from "L'Atelier des Galettes Saint Michel et Café" \- 14 km from the wake park TSN44 and ski lift \- 17 km from the historic centre of Pornic and its old Port (shops, markets, craftsmen and pottery) \- 20 km from the regional reserve of "La Pointe de Saint Gildas" \- 18 km from "Saint Nazaire SNCF Station" \- 22 km from "La Réserve du Massereau" and Nature Challenge in Frossay \- 33 km from "Port du Collet" or "the little Chinese port" \- 50 km from "Nantes Atlantique Airport" At the rhythm of the tides, outings, activities and events give colours to your stay in Saint Brévin les Pins. Foodies, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice Creams and jams from La Fraiseraie, the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais". This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay.
