In all weathers, come and enjoy its view of the dunes, the pine trees and the "Plage de l'Ermitage" to relax with your loved one or with friends! The 50m² apartment is located in a family-friendly and well-known residence in the Ermitage neighbourhood "Sea & Sun", which is situated at the edge of "The Harnessed Stone Forest", the only dune forest in the department and facing the sea. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people. The living room with TV gives access to a balcony with a view of the Ocean. The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and pod coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, mixer, chopper, ... The rental also has a washing machine and a hairdryer. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. For maximum comfort, you have an outdoor parking space and the common areas of the residence, which include a library, ping pong table, and outdoor children's play area.
