"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."

We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

"My wife, two kids and myself had a great week in the Medoc region. Thierry and Sylvia were excellent hosts, showing us around the property and giving us tips on where to visit in the region. They were patient with our questions (and our pigeon French!) and always had a friendly smile and advice for us. The accommodation is superb (superb clean, spacious, and as advertised). The pool was amazing - perfectly heated, always spotlessly clean and such a peaceful spot in a very rural location - but...

Was wonderful to sit on the front decking listening to the water, seabirds and nightingales Cabin fantastically well equipped for both cooking and eating. "I have just returned from a two week stay in Vensac. The property owned by Veronique was fantastic and very comfortable. The Hot-tub/Spa was also a great facility. Veronique gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful prior and during our stay. The area is very rural and quiet, with beautiful countryside, beaches and many fields of vines. The provision of bikes was also good as the cycle paths are a great way to see more of the countryside. All in all a great holiday."

"The gite was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected, but there were only 4 of us who visited. The gite had everything we needed, and the view was lovely - across the road was a vineyard, but the gite is on a road where, although cars are few and far between, they do drive far too fast. We had a lovely few days at the beginning of our holiday but on the fourth day a taxi drove into us at speed (not near the gite, on the way to Jonzac) and the hire car we were in was flipped over and ended up...

"Great choice if you are visiting Paulliac or Saint Julien wineries at Bordeaux. Very close to a few famous ones. The room is spacious and the amenities are nice. Good restaurant as well. However, the only issue is the Accessibility, they have quite a few bumps, stairs if you are using a wheelchair or so."
