Lovely a/c in our unit.
Clean bedding.
Close walk to Gare de Norde station.
No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in.
Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children.
Note no elevator.
Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

Cute and clean small hotel in the 9th arr about a 15m walk to the Palais Garnier and 15m walk to Montmarte. The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but expected for Paris. The breakfast service was good and a nice way to start the day.
