The villa is set on a vast plot of 1,900m2, with very little overlooking, planted with numerous lychee trees, at the bottom of which a pretty river flows permanently.

🏊 Private pool: Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by nature for ultimate relaxation.

🍴 Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle… everything you need to prepare meals to share on the veranda.

🛋 Living spaces: A large living room with a TV corner and a reading area for relaxation and conviviality.

🔥 Gas barbecue/plancha: Perfect for outdoor dining, with safety and cleaning instructions provided.

🛏 Comfort guaranteed: Bed linen, towels, coffee and tea are included to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

🚗 Private parking: 2 to 3 parking spaces available inside the villa courtyard.

🚗 By car: The villa is easily accessible via the main road from Saint-Denis (approx. 25 minutes) and from Saint-Pierre (50 minutes). Private parking inside the courtyard allows for 2 to 3 cars.

🚌 By bus: The Estival bus network serves Saint-Benoît and surrounding areas. Line 13 passes near Chemin Carron and connects to the Saint-Benoît bus station, with connections to other districts and towns in the East.

🚖 Taxi / VTC: Taxi services are available in Saint-Benoît and can easily reach the villa.

🚆 Train: There are no trains on Reunion Island.

✈ Airport: Roland-Garros Airport (Saint-Denis) is about 35 minutes away by car, while Pierrefonds Airport (Saint-Pierre) is about 1 hour away.
The location is ideal for exploring the wild East, while remaining close to shops, restaurants, and essential services in Saint-Benoît.
